What is the Ketogenic Diet?

Basically, the Ketogenic Diet is a very low-carb diet; you eat meat, dairy, lots of leafy vegetables, and fat. This trains the body to use its stored energy, which allows most people to lose a lot of weight in the process. It forces your body to use only what it needs. With the “meats” and “vegetables” columns alone, there are at least 64 combinations. When using the “toppings” column, the variety increases even more!
