I had a FANTASTIC day yesterday, and I think I know what’s been slowing my weight loss–I need to be using FAT BOMBS!
Why on earth would you add fat bombs if you’re trying to lose weight? It sounds counterproductive, but being “fat-fueled” is what the ketogenic diet is all about.
For breakfast, I had chicken sausage with a boiled egg. For lunch, I had 3 wedges of crustless quiche I made the night before with ham chunks, spinach, sauteed red onion, and cheese. It was fabulous and filling for lunch. Supper was a cucumber with a Laughing Cow Wedge of cheese, baked chicken, and roasted green beans.
After supper, I was craving something like ice cream, so I made a coconut oil, peanut butter, and shredded coconut (unsweetened) fat bomb. I had a spoonful of it, and it was WONDERFUL! I was satisfied, and food was OFF my mind. I enjoyed an evening of writing and creating “pins” for this blog.
